Hello everyone! I'm Theophilus Duku, a young graduate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana, with a background in Land Economy and entry-level experience in facility/city management, real estate development, and facility operations.
Over the past year, I've had the privilege of working with organizations such as Appolonia Development Company Limited and Stanbic Bank Ghana, where I supported operations in facility & city management, building construction, and client service coordination.
I'm deeply passionate about sustainability, innovation, and technology, and I look forward to honing my skills and expertise in Corporate Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Facility Operations, Construction and Project Management, and Real Estate Development.
Becoming a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is an exciting step in my professional growth. I look forward to learning, connecting, and contributing to advancing the Facility Management profession both locally and globally.
