I am a results-driven young graduate/professional with a background in Land Economy (BSc.) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). My academic journey provided me with expertise in property valuation, estate and facility management, construction economics, land administration and governance. Additionally, I have acquired relevant skills in Real Estate Financial Modelling, Leadership and Stakeholder Management, and Business Proposal Writing through various training programs, including YALI RLC and Aspire Leaders Program.
I am an enthusiast of complex modern construction, real estate development, corporate real estate management (CREM), sustainable practices, environmental social and governance (ESG) practices, facilities and project management. I keenly want to be an expert in one or more of these areas.
Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience through internships with Stanbic Bank Ghana (Real Estate Services Department) and the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands, where I worked on facility management operations, property documentation, land administration, and administrative works. Currently, I am serving as a National Service Personnel at Appolonia Development Company Limited, assisting in facility management, landscaping, construction development control, site inspection, and administrative tasks.
Beyond my professional and academic engagements, I am passionate about volunteerism and youth empowerment. I have served as a Peer Counsellor at KNUST Counselling Center, guiding students on academic, financial, and social issues. Additionally, I was one of the pioneer Executives of the Young Agripreneurs Forum at KNUST, where I contributed to shaping young minds on agribusiness opportunities. My commitment to social impact extends to organizing community-based educational programs, mentoring students, and promoting inclusive leadership.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). My interests lie in real estate, construction management, facility management, and sustainability, and I am eager to explore opportunities that align with these fields. I am looking forward to furthering my studies in construction and facility management to further develop my expertise in sustainable infrastructure and urban development.
I am open to collaborations, networking, and opportunities in real estate development, facility management, and sustainable construction. Let’s connect and explore ways to create an impact
