Hi, I’m MJ, and I’m passionate about Facilities Management and making a positive impact in the field. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both private and government sectors, focusing on preventative maintenance, safety, and capital projects.
I’m honored to hold all three of IFMA’s credentials—Certified Facility Manager, Facility Management Professional, and Sustainability Facility Professional—which reflect my dedication to continuous learning and growth in this profession.
As President of the IFMA Greater Phoenix Chapter, I’m fortunate to work alongside an incredible community of professionals, fostering collaboration and supporting others in their professional development. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching IFMA credentials, which allows me to share what I’ve learned and help prepare the next generation of facilities management leaders.
With experience in operating, maintaining, and assessing millions of square feet of property, I’m always striving to bring practical insights and value to every project. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and excited to keep learning and contributing to this evolving field.
