I'm excited to join IFMA and connect with fellow professionals in the field. I am currently a Building Systems Technician at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I focus on maintaining and optimizing facility operations. My path started with a two-year trade school certificate in HVAC, which gave me a strong technical foundation. I'm now advancing my education through a bachelor's program in Operations Management at SNHU to expand my skills into leadership and long-term facilities strategy.
I'm looking forward to growing in this community, learning from others' experiences, and sharing my own as I continue building a career at the intersection of building systems and operational excellence.
