He's overseen portfolios exceeding 5 million square feet while driving substantial efficiencies, delivering operational cost savings, and increasing revenue for the business.
Zack is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) through IFMA, and has served as President of his local chapter among other roles on the board of directors.
In addition to his day to day roles and responsibilities he is also a Positive Mental Health Champion, ACE advocate (Accessibility and disability employee resource group) for the MIWI (Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin) leadership group, a graduate of the Jacobs Executive Mentorship program and regular SME support to a diverse range of programs across the globe.
