Hi Group,
I am trying to decide whether or not to hire a construction manager in house or go to a firm and look for help. I currently have a 3-4 year construction/renovation/refresh list. After that it starts to die down. It ultimately depends on our growth path after year 4. My normal facilities projects, roofing and hvac are handled in house by the facilities team. Our properties are all fairly close.
I'm looking for experiences with 3rd party construction managers. I don't want it to be a situation where, they go to a meeting and bring all the decisions back to me to make anyway. Maybe I shouldn't think like that, I've never used a 3rd party project/construction manager before. Any thoughts or experiences would be apricated.
