    Posted 09-03-2024 15:45

    Good Morning,

I am curious to know if anyone in the group has had to install teller drive lane equipment for a hearing impaired employee?  We have an employee that wears hearing aids and we would like to provide blue tooth capabilities into the drive through equipment.  All of our equipment is provided by Oppliger, and they do not seem to have an easy answer for us.

Please let me know if you have had experience with this sort of accommodation before.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Ken and Lyndsi,

I did reach out to our vendor, Cook Solutions Group, they use the Plantronics CS540 in our drive throughs. They were not able to get a definitive answer from the manufacture for Bluetooth but did confirm that this model is not conducive with hearing aids.
