    Does anyone have the responsibility of managing the organizations fleet of vehicles?

    If so what program or process do you use to help with the management?

    Hey Richard,

    We have 8 vehicles in our fleet, so not too large. I added them to our Preventative Maintenance plan. They are looked at in some capacity each quarter. We just complete required items- oil, tags, etc as we work though the PMs. I'm sure there is an alternative, but it was able to be implemented quickly and with basically no additional cost. I'm always open to a quick call to bounce departmental ideas at each other.
