BICUC Much & Master – Thu July23 – 12 noon CST
Every facilities team in banking is being asked the same question: where does AI actually belong, and where does a human still have to make the call? This session skips the hype and stays practical. We start with a simple way to see AI in three layers, from personal productivity to enterprise automation, then map where it fits among the systems a facility manager already runs. From there we look closely at two problems every financial institution knows well: controlling who gets onto your site, and managing what comes through your doors. We close with a maturity model you can use to place your own organization, and a short set of questions to bring back to leadership.
You'll leave with:
- A clear read on which AI use cases are worth the investment, and which are not.
- Two real examples: AI-powered watchlists for visitor and contractor access, and an AI receiving assistant for mail and parcels.
- The human approval gates that keep AI defensible when an examiner asks how a decision was made.
Thiago Lang and Zuzanna Geib from FacilityOS will present this relevant topic. Built for facility managers, security leads, and operations professionals in the IFMA Banking Institute and Credit Union Council.
