Good evening, Gage,
I hope you are doing well. My name is Noel Glass, and I'm a graduate student in Construction Management at Texas A&M University–College Station.
I am currently working on a Facility Owner Report for our COSC 670 course, which explores asset management, lifecycle planning, and operational efficiency in real-world settings. Given my current location, I'm seeking to engage with local property management professionals to better understand how these principles are applied in practice. My primary topic focuses on commercial hydronic systems.
I am reaching out to request a 60–90-minute interview with you or a member of your team who oversees facility operations, hydronic systems, or capital planning. My goal is to learn how property managers approach long-term asset renewal, maintenance strategies, and risk mitigation.
My target window is the week of October 13–17, 2025. Please feel free to message me. I will accommodate my schedule to meet yours.
- Primary: [Insert preferred date/time]
- Alternate: [Insert backup date/time]
To give a sense of scope, here are two of the questions I plan to ask:
- How do you balance the needs of short-term tenants with long-term asset planning?
- What are the most significant challenges you face in maintaining operational efficiency across your property portfolio?
This interview will be used solely for academic purposes and presented to my class as part of our final report and presentation.
Thank you for your help.
