My name is Ahmad Sha'rainon bin Md Shaarani, a PhD candidate in Facilities Management at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
I am currently conducting a research study entitled:
"Industry Survey on Success Factors of Digital Facilities Management (DFM) Implementation ."
The purpose of this survey is to identify and develop a structured model of Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that influence the successful implementation of DFM in practice. Your valuable insights, based on your experience in the FM industry, will provide important contributions to this research.
