How are you staying connected in the evolving property & insurance space?

TL;DR: Looking for advice (and connections) on building consistent, reputable relationships with property managers, facility directors, and adjusters as our industry continues to evolve.

Anyone have insight on what's worked for you when it comes to building long-term, reliable connections in the property and insurance space? With how quickly things change, it can be tough to find partners who value communication, responsiveness, and collaboration. I'd love to learn from this group.

For those I haven't met yet-my name is Faith, and I'm with ServiceMaster by Restoration Specialists, an independent ServiceMaster Restore franchise. I'm based in the North Metroplex (North Dallas/Frisco). We service all of North Texas, and our CAT team regularly supports large-scale losses across the North, East, and West regions of the country.

We specialize in commercial and residential restoration (water, fire, smoke, trauma/biohazard, contents, and catastrophe response) with a strong focus on minimizing disruption to tenants and business operations. We also work closely with insurance adjusters and carriers, giving us a solid understanding of that side of the industry. We're an IICRC-certified firm and take a relationship-first approach.

I'm genuinely looking to connect with other IFMA members. If you're open to sharing advice, best practices, or introductions-or just want to connect-please feel free to inbox me. I'm always happy to meet virtually or in person at your convenience.

Looking forward to connecting and learning from this group.
