I use Facility Dude from Dude Solutions. It is web based and really easy to use. They have different options depending on the type of Real Property you have, or Industry you’re in. It being web based allows you to create work orders from your phone with an app and has a pretty nice page layout if you wanted to use a tablet. I gave my technicians tablets and it proved work really well. They enjoy using it too. Hope this helps.
