Overview
The Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) is a vibrant community of IFMA, focused on workplace innovation and knowledge. To date, WE has about 1500 members globally and over the past year we’ve launched Hubs in Sweden, Finland, Calgary, NYC and now MSP! To learn more about WE, please visit our Mission page.
At our last meeting here in MSP, we decided that we’d meet quarterly and focus on having experts speak from a wide range of disciplines within the workplace and space industry. With our speakers, we’ll focus on the following portion of the WE Hub mission: share new ideas and research.

Workplaces are evolving to become the hub for cultivating communities of happy, healthy and productive people.
While today’s innovative leaders understand the strategic importance of promoting workforce wellbeing and happiness, accomplishing this goal is more challenging than ever due to the unprecedented levels of stress and burnout impacting the personal and professional lives of their employees every day.
Linda Saggau & Nancy O’Brien are the co-founders of Experience Happiness, an organization dedicated to helping people and organizations thrive through happiness. In this presentation they will share their happiness research insights and how The Happiness Practice (THP), has been proven to help leaders champion, ignite, measure and sustain the power of workforce happiness to measurably reduce stress & burnout, increase happiness, and build engaged, high-performing cultures of wellbeing that are strategically empowered to attract, retain and optimize talent.
