Peter Aguirre has 25 years of Facilities Management, Asset Management, and Programming and Strategic Planning experience with a wide variety of project and client types. His Program Development and Asset Management expertise has been utilized by organizations such as Dell, Verizon, Essilor USA, TXU Services, Texas Instruments, and Baylor Healthcare. Since 2015 Peter has focused on developing a Tax & Sustainability Strategic process for private developers with an emphasis on developing sustainable facilities and profits. Peter is the DFW IFMA Chapter Education Chair focused on rolling out the IFMA Foundation ,Global Workforce Initaitve in North Texas. The goals are to develop a Cirriculum for the Essentials of FM and Registered Apprenticeships for Managment and Techicnical tracks with the North Texas Community College Districts, Texas Workforce Commision and the Department of Labor. Mr. Aguirre also serves as board member of the Greater Dallas Planning Council and Sustainable Communities Institute.
