I am a Saudi business leader, board chairman, and corporate transformation executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across engineering, infrastructure, transportation, mining, aviation, industrial development, and integrated facilities management. Throughout my career, I have built organizations, led major transformation programmes, and advised governments, multinational corporations, and investors on strategy, governance, and sustainable growth.
Today, I serve as Executive Chairman of Taāzur (Synergy) IFM Co., MZ Engineering Firm, and SABATCO Smart Mobility Co., where I am helping shape the future of engineering, infrastructure, asset management, and next-generation facilities management.
My work focuses on integrating engineering excellence with digital technologies, operational readiness, and lifecycle asset management to improve the long-term performance, resilience, and sustainability of the built environment.
Before these roles, I held senior executive positions with one of the world's leading mining companies, an international economic consulting firm, a national industrial development programme, and a regional aviation services group. I have also served as Chairman and Board Member of numerous public and private sector organizations, leading strategic transformation, investment, governance, and organizational development across diverse industries.
I believe facilities management is far more than operating buildings—it is a strategic discipline that protects asset value, enhances operational performance, improves user experience, and supports long-term sustainability. My passion is helping organizations transform the way they develop, operate, and manage their built assets by combining engineering, technology, innovation, and leadership to create lasting value.
