I’m a facilities and technology professional with a passion for connecting people, spaces, and the systems that support them. My career has been shaped by a unique blend of experience in emergency management, facility operations, and information technology, all centered around building environments that are resilient, efficient, and adaptable.
I’ve spent over two decades in IT, along with more than thirty years supporting disaster response through the American Red Cross. That experience gave me a strong foundation in emergency preparedness, team coordination, and operational planning—principles I continue to apply in my approach to facility management today.
I’m especially interested in how technology enhances the built environment. Whether it’s audio-visual systems, digital communications, or smart building solutions, I enjoy finding ways to improve occupant experience while making operations more seamless and effective. My work often focuses on bringing together AV, IT, and facility systems into cohesive, practical solutions that support both day-to-day operations and critical response scenarios.
In my leadership roles, including serving as a Director of Facility Operations, I’ve had the opportunity to lead initiatives that align technology with evolving workplace and operational needs. I enjoy solving complex challenges and helping organizations adapt while staying grounded in strong facility management practices.
I’m driven by continuous improvement and a commitment to helping organizations create safer, smarter, and more connected environments—especially where facility operations, technology, and emergency readiness intersect.
