I would recommend that you pursue your FMP next. I believe the FMP will further solidify your foundational FM skills. Also, you be able to add a badge to your LinkedIn and show a new credential to human resources and your manager which may result in a salary increase.
In addition, the logical flow of education through IFMA is to earn the FMP then CFM. The FMP covers 4 of IFMA's 11 core competencies. Then, you can take the next 7 core competencies to then sit for the CFM exam.
