I'm currently working to develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI that will serve to demonstrate performance progress across O&M, labor, and projects. Any insight? What's useful at the managerial level? What do you and/or leadership actually want to see and use?
Thus far, the focus is on labor and work order metrics with intention to develop out the standard $/GSF details as well.
