Daniel leads Clarity Roof Consulting in their mission to provide incredible value to their clients by delivering clear, unbiased, evidence-based roofing options and excellence in project specification, bidding, and management. The Clarity vision is to deliver incredible value at scale by driving the flywheel of better relationships, better information, and better outcomes. We do this by dedicating ourselves to awesome, mutually beneficial relationships while leveraging cutting edge technology to better serve those relationships.
Daniel holds an MBA in finance from the Atkinson Graduate of Management and, after years in commercial real estate, remote site general contracting, and roofing, founded Clarity Roof Consulting to pioneer a better, more collaborative, more transparent method of commercial roof management. Clarity has enjoyed significant growth year over year since its inception in 2016. Clarity serves private real estate owners and managers, REITs and Fortune 500 companies nationally throughout the investment cycle, the roof lifecycle, and anywhere in the country.
Daniel is grateful for this life, this opportunity to grow and learn, and is having a lot of fun. When not working on or in the business, he can be found fathering, playing in the outdoors, and serving his community. He lives in Grass Valley, CA with his wife Emily, two children, and his dog.
