Over a rapidly progressive career of about 18 years, I have gained expertise and exposure to various facets of administration & operations domain across industry leaders such as Ibibo , Haier Appliances, Google, British High Commission, Eli Lilly & Company and ITC Welcome Group. I have led, executed and successfully delivered on both operational and functional targets.
Over the years, I have set up and scaled end-to-end facility management and office operations and successfully delivered on the organization’s business objectives and goals. Contributed as a strategic partner by ensuring all financial/statutory/regulatory commitments and requirements are delivered on time and in line with the stakeholder expectations. Prepared strategies and action plans, budgets, cost/budget policies and measures, vendor management policies/manuals. Facilitated projects execution, complied with HSE guidelines, implemented process improvements, created strong governance and risk management frameworks. Exceptionally well versed in liaising with internal & external stakeholders, analysis of project proposals, funds management, resource optimization and reporting to senior management.
