Bio

Matthew Yow has been an active team builder and senior management leader in the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) industry for two decades and a dynamic member and instructor for Real Estate related organizations such as IFMA, BOMI, and .  Most recently, Matthew has developed CRE projects for The Packard Humanities Institute, Dart Real Estate (Cayman Islands), Fresenius Medical Care, and a host of multi-billion dollar multinationals. In addition to the positions mentioned, Matthew was the International Director of Corporate Real Estate for Peregrine Systems, prior to it being acquired by Hewlett Packard. He directed the development of a 500,000 square foot campus and international sites consisting of fifty-two overseas locations with a combined annual operating budget of $60 million.   Before his international real estate career launched in 1995, Matthew worked with national real estate developers, as Project & Construction Manager, Director of Engineering, Operations and Security.
