Bio

Corporate real estate and facilities, digital workplace, and autonomous building strategy and operations leader with 20 years of experience in deploying projects for automated data pipelines and dashboards, building automation systems (BAS), collaboration space tech (in-person and remote AV), IoT for the built environment, indoor environmental quality (where IEQ focuses on air [IAQ], light, and sound), corporate real estate (CRE) and workplace strategy, global enterprise software management (collaboration and communication platforms, CAFM/IWMS, IoT sensors, workplace apps, building automation, etc), and sustainable, energy efficient building operations. Forward-thinking technologist who believes we’re currently living an exciting renaissance for the built environment where indoor space is designed and operated such that energy efficiency, sustainability, and wellness initiatives have finally merged to focus first and foremost on needs of occupants.

- 250,000 sf flagship corporate office, workplace technology implementation lead (1,500 IoT utilization sensors, mobile app, 20 flight boards with real-time seat availability, extensive video conference and immersive video architecture)
- 30,000 user global migration from Skype to Webex, co-deployment lead and service owner
- 500,000 sf raised floor N+2 36MW data center, BAS implementation lead
- 10,000 sf N+1 data center, 120 day timeline, BAS project manager
- 200,000 sf addition to live DoD hospital, commissioned by NAVFAC, BAS project manager 
- Developed Java web app to enable ALC WebCTRL platform to monitor data center network infra alarms via SNMP traps, 2015
