Hi everyone, my name is Shane, and I'm excited to join IFMA and get involved in the community. I'm a Design Consultant with CTI (Conference Technologies Inc.), where I work closely with facility managers, IT teams, and end users to design audio visual solutions that actually support how spaces are used day to day.
We design, install, and support everything from standard conference rooms and divisible training spaces to large-scale environments like corporate campuses, houses of worship, higher education, and major sports venues. One thing I really value about CTI is our focus on long-term reliability, standards-based design, and strong post-install support to ensure effective and sustainable solutions. Although I'm based in Ohio, CTI's national and international reach allows us to support facilities of all sizes and complexities.
My goal in joining IFMA is to better understand the challenges facility managers run into with technology and to be a helpful resource when AV intersects with operations, maintenance, or future planning.
