Hello,

I'm not sure this is the correct board for this inquiry. I am interested in understanding how other companies with a Facilities Condition Assessment Group develop their KPIs. I work for the State of NV and we only have one metric, which is assessing 300 buildings a year. We're looking at changing that and would like to hear from others on what has been important to determine success or the minimum requirements. Thank you.
