Please join us for the tour and stay for the social hour on their terrace.RBC Gateway is one of a few office skyscrapers built in the Twin Cities this century and the most ambitious mixed-use project in Minneapolis in recent decades. RBC Gateway is 37 stories tall with 1.2 million SF of new construction, approximately 531,000 SF of office, 222 Four Seasons hotel rooms, 34 private residential condos, and 17,000 SF of plaza and green space. After eight years of planning and construction, RBC Gateway successfully transformed the north end of Nicollet Mall into a premier destination.
