The day is split into two parts:

Supported by the King Baudouin Foundation, this session focuses on the innovations currently reshaping the catering industry.
Expect practical insights, interesting demos and a Wavemakersession by thegoodwave that cuts through the noise and shows what these trends actually look like in real operations. A useful afternoon for anyone who wants to stay ahead of the curve instead of catching up later.
